Step 1: Your Initial Detail🏎️
Before enrolling, every vehicle must complete a qualifying full detail with GasWax from our Fast Lane Refresh package.
This first service restores your car to a true GasWax Clean foundation removing buildup, correcting minor issues, and ensuring your vehicle meets the standard required for ongoing maintenance. This step guarantees every WaxPass member starts from the same high-quality baseline, allowing us to maintain your vehicle properly going forward.

After your qualifying detail, you’ll select the WaxPass plan that best fits your needs.
Each plan includes two maintenance details every 30 days, typically scheduled on a bi-weekly rotation.

Exterior Care Plan $125/month
Keep your vehicle’s shine on point with two professional exterior details every month. Each session includes a full hand wash, wheel and tire treatment, bug and tar removal, and a premium SiO₂ sealant for lasting gloss and protection. Gold Pass
Full Refresh Plan $190/month
The ultimate maintenance package for clients who expect their vehicle to stay flawless, inside and out. Enjoy two complete interior and exterior refreshes each month, including full wash, vacuum, interior wipe-down, window cleaning, and protective sealant. WaxPass Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The GasWax WaxPass is a recurring monthly detailing membership designed to maintain vehicles on a consistent schedule. Each WaxPass includes two detailing sessions per 30-day period, typically performed bi-weekly. Schedule is set with a client after the first initial details.
2. Qualifying Detail Requirement
All vehicles must complete an initial full detail service prior to enrolling in the WaxPass. This ensures the vehicle meets the GasWax Clean standard necessary for proper ongoing maintenance.
3. Billing & Payment
Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days on the date of enrollment. Payment information is securely stored and processed through our billing provider. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until the account is brought current.
4. Service Schedule
Each WaxPass includes two services per billing cycle. Clients are responsible for rescheduling within their billing window if a client misses an appointment. Missed appointments that are not rescheduled within the same cycle may be forfeited without refund. The GasWax Team will work hand-in-hand to schedule a proper schedule, and communication is always open.
5. Pause & Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be paused or canceled anytime after the initial 3-month term. Paused memberships can be held for up to 30 days; after that, services expire. To cancel or pause, clients must contact GasWax before their next billing date.
6. Refresh Fee Policy
If more than 35 days have passed since the last detail, a one-time $100 Refresh Fee will apply before the vehicle can resume regular WaxPass services. This ensures all members maintain the same high standard of cleanliness and care.
7. Weather & Rescheduling
In the event of inclement weather or scheduling conflicts, appointments will be rescheduled within the same billing period. GasWax reserves the right to adjust service times to maintain safe working conditions.
8. Refunds & Credits
Payments are non-refundable once billed. Services not completed by the client within the billing period are forfeited unless previously rescheduled. If the GasWax Team misses an appointment, credit will be given back to the client.
9. Membership Perks
WaxPass members receive locked-in pricing, priority scheduling, and exclusive seasonal offers as available. Perks are subject to change as the program evolves.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the WaxPass, you authorize recurring monthly billing and agree to the terms stated above. GasWax reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice to active members.
